Lake Placid Inn: Residences

The One-Bedroom Apartment was clean and included a fully equipped kitchen, awesome for convenient meal preparation. The peaceful location enabled me to concentrate on my tasks while being close to downtown for essential amenities and dining options. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

Some noise from the A/C unit was noticeable.

Appreciated the room with shower, my bed was good.

Consider bringing a small humidifier for dry winter nights. The heating unit can make the air quite arid.

The location is marvellous, directly opposite the supermarket. There is plenty of fabulous food for breakfast. Every time in Lake Placid we stay in this hotel.

Offers good sized and newly decorated rooms with modern design. Friendly service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. Overall great food, plus there is The 'dack Shack close by.

The rustic-chic design paired with modern amenities. I loved the fully stocked kitchen, made whipping up breakfast easy. And let's not forget the magical outdoor fire pit by the creek, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars!

The stay was enjoyable with a lovely setting and comfortable unit, although noise from upstairs guests disrupted sleep, and a few cleanliness issues were concerning. The staff were friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for family meals.

Lake Placid Inn really impressed me. The location was fantastic, right near everything I wanted to explore. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a cozy bed. I appreciated the kitchen being well-equipped with most essentials. The outdoor area, especially the fire pit by the lake, added a nice touch. Check-in felt a bit unorganized. I had trouble finding the key retrieval place, and it wasn't very well lit near the door. The couch cushions showed some wear, looking like they needed a deep clean. A few more kitchen utensils would have been useful too. Chuck and Lisa.

The beautifully appointed rooms combined rustic elements with modern comfort. Accessibility was excellent, with locations close to shops and charming outdoor spaces for leisurely strolls.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

Spacious and cozy vibes

Super spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Loved hanging out by the fire pit with comfy chairs! Only thing I noticed was some noise from the A/C at night. It was awesome being able to walk to town. Definitely felt at home here!

great getaway but minor cleaning issues

The outdoor space was inviting, with convenient grills and firepits at my doorstep. My one-bedroom apartment was fine and beautifully decorated. The staff was thoughtful, providing little amenities like dish soap and more. I felt pampered, just like other guests who enjoyed the good ambience.

Some surfaces in the apartment could have been cleaner.

We loved our spacious two-bedroom unit! The kids enjoyed the cozy living area, and we made the most of the kitchen. Grabbing groceries was easy with a supermarket just a short walk away.

In my wife's opinion, the heating units were a bit noisy.
